Reason for Report: 2 False Kicks and abuse

Evidence to support your claim: So I killed someone because I had a hit on him. I then went to the police station to become a cop. Ray Walker was too lazy to look at the logs and bring me so I could tell him I changed my job. Instead he kicks me for RDM as a cop. If he would have taken a little bit of time to look at the evidence I would not have been kicked. So I was fine it was just a kick. I joined back and was trying to get him to bring me. I did !report a couple of times because he was claiming and closing my reports so then I started using ooc. He then said do !report if you need me. Well since he was claiming and closing my reports im guessing he said that to not look bad in front of everyone else. I IMSGed him a few times, he didn't respond and I also PM'd him. It took me a while to finally get his attention, when he finally brought me I was asking why I got kicked for RDM as a Cop. He said you killed him for no reason. I said I had a hit on him, he then said then why were u a cop, you cant have a hit as a cop. I said I changed my job. He was (again) being lazy to not look in the logs and threatened to kick me again because I was "Arguing to staff". I then started recording just in case something were to happen. I have recording of the abuse/not doing his job right.

We were asking him why was I kicked and he just said over and over "Im fucking done" and said the reason why he kicked me was cause of "stress". Also he throws all of us off the building and some actually take damage.

Okay, so from what I gathered, @Beta Spirit had some form of 'spark' which was lit. I will be talking to @Beta Spirit when possible and will come to a final verdict.

I do Understand that I majorly F****d up on this and do accept that this shouldn't happen with a staff member. I have since been told that this was due to my ongoing medical situation and have medically been prescribed a higher dosage of my meds. I doubt this issue will happen again.

Regarding the situation, I was informed at first that you did the hit as a cop so that was the issue of the reporter. upon this report being made, I checked to see iff you were still a cop and checked logs to see if you did kill the player that reported it. I decided that a kick would be necessary instead of a ban (to try and bring a message across and not to waste your time too much) as I was trying to catch up with the number of reports, with the intention to complete them before I went to sleep. I do apologise profusely that this caused harm to your playing experience on Monolith RP and that I acted in such a way that you believe I abused my Moderator powers but I would like to say this was never my intent.
