Relevant Evidence: So what happened was these guys in the gas station where telling someone to put there hands up. In the gas station and i saw my friend, @sparrow ( Santo Dooley) with his hands up in the gas station. The the one guy was pointing a gun at him, so i shot at the guys holding santo up. I don't even know if i was the one that ended up killing the man holding santo up. But in the end i don't know how this would be considered RDM, and honestly I don't know why the guys who where holding him up in the event were not punished because I dont think you are allowed to hold someone up during a event. In addition, I don't even think stuvi checked the logs for if i killed the guy holding santo dooley up. Also, this all could of been avoided if Stuvi could of brought us to a sit, and not ban us all instantly.

I posted a clip of psi’s stream wasn’t aware it was him until I looted his body. But you can see in the video where santo had his hands up with, and a guy with a gun pointed at his direction and at my angle I saw that and initiated. I do apologize for the server because I do know psi helps the server out and I’m not trying to make him stop playing.

When I was told by you over radio that an org member was being held hostage, I went in to counter. I don't understand why you or I were banned seeing that we were countering a mug. I think its a bit ridiculous and I feel as if they were protecting Psi. Thats just my honest opinion
