"In a Public area infront of a Gov Building", at the time of him doing that our vehicle was still technically moving down the road away from him and in that time he opened fire on our vehicle, disabling it... Even tho we were no direct threat... I proceed to exit the vehicle and move towards him unarmed to where he shoots me on site without question

Id like to begin this with explaining exactly how this happened, and what's wrong with your accusation. This began when some friends and I were rolling up on our stolen vehicle, we proceed to get out and hold the person up who stole our vehicle. Further on I then see a police vehicle turning towards us so I go ahead and tell them to step out of the vehicle and as you can see in the video the car speeds up after I point the gun at him and say this message. Then you begin to move towards me, in real life in this situation you would stop, get out and immediately put your hands up so I don't shoot you and you are not a threat. With the car initially blocking my view I didn't know who was armed or not so I began to shoot as I couldn't perfectly see if you were in the process of equipping a weapon or having a pistol on safety. In addition to then failrping with seeing two civilians handcuffed and attempting to get your help, as a unit of the police force its your job to as well keep people safe and do your job as if you were in real life. In both these situations you failed to do so. As well as you can see in at 0:17 of the video Viktor speaking in a 3rd party platform not with our discord. Aka Discord Meta.

that's an admission of guilt to mugging in a public area, led a lone we had 2 other people in our discord coming in and out regularly posting etc in our chats as most of the shit we talk about isn't monolith related anyways.

Did you not read? We were attempting to get our stolen car back. We weren't mugging you or them in a public place we were getting our while you 2 drive up, a possible threat. You then begin to accelerate when I say to stop, so I then start to shoot and since your hands were in my view I couldn't tell if you were a threat, then instead of putting your hands up you walk towards me with your hands. This is failure to value life. On both counts of you speeding up and then walking towards me "unarmed". As far as the discord we don't know if you are metagaming or not, but that's why there is the Monolith discord, no excuses.

Hello @DystopianRaven @Alex V,
After carefully going through all the evidence and statements present in this player report, my final conclusions are the ones presented below:

• The report author should indeed have figured out what happened to those two people as he was a police officer at the time and therefore it is not realistic for a police officer to allow two people with handcuffs on to walk freely on the streets;
• Regarding the report itself now, when the car was destroyed the report author should have gotten out of the car and put his hands up, instead of moving towards the reported player's position;
• The report author did not failRP the first time, as the weapon was not directly pointed at him at the time the reported player told him to leave his car, because the car was still moving.
  
• Finally, our discord server is the only allowed third-party program for communication when you are playing in our server!

You must correctly follow FearRP when a situation calls for it, like when you are being held at gunpoint. Act like your character would in such a situation realistically.

As for the reported player:

• You should have given more time for the Police officer to react. He was going towards you, unarmed, while you had a weapon on him, but that doesnt mean you need to shoot him on site like you did. You should have waited or said to put his hands up instead, allowing him to react. Instead he left the car and seconds later you knock him down. That is RDM and is not allowed.

Due to everything I stated above this player report has been accepted and the author himself will receive 1 warning point while the reported player will receive 3 warning points and lose his mentor rank for RDM.
