Request Reason: So I was messing with my friend and mechanic shop because i had just paid to get my car repaired and he didn't so the manager wouldn't repair my car yet so i got in his car moved it away and got out and me and my friend acted like we were going to fight each other and this guy came out of no where with a gun and shot me. He never said a word to me.

That guy you were talking about figihting isnt "your friend" hes mine and we were on the same freq. You also didnt show in your clip that you pulled him out of your car and pulled ur fists out threatening to fight him. You then got in HIS car and drove away. I went to equip my gun as you pulled him out the car asking if he wanted to fight then you got in his car and drove away. Again he isnt "your friend" i dont know why your lying in ur application as your a mentor.

I talk to dapper dan all the time when he is on the police force me and him are cool. i drove his car away to get it out of the way so my car could get repaired. Never did i threaten your life. You cant just shoot someone because you are on the same radio frequency as him. You didn't have a valid reason to kill me and even though i was telling Dan i wanted to fight you never told me if i do you would shoot me.

If you look at the video i posted i told him to get in his car and shut the engine off so no one steals it and by the time you ran up to me i was out of his car for awhile and you can actually see someone else in the driver seat. If i was stealing his car i would of drove away not 10 feet in front of where he was and stop. I just wanted my car to get repaired and to get out of there. also you rolled up in a pink evo. I dont think you were driving his car.

The other guy in the driver seat was another one of our friends sitting in it to make sure you didnt drive away again. You had no permission to drive the car or get inside but you assumed you did.

After further review, I find Jordan Oliver in violation of the rules:

RDM - Random Deathmatch - The process of killing people without valid In-Character reasons.

Rule : Player versus player 2.2.4 - Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

In the video that was provided in this report, showed that the person only moved the car. He might have not been allowed to be inside the vehicle, but his intentions were clear, just to move the car. And just because he wanted to "fist fight" your friend, doesn't mean your friend is in immediate danger, so there was no reason to shoot and kill him.

With that being the reported person will be given 1 warning point.

In addition to this, the player that was shouting the N-word will be punished and given 2 warning points.
