Reflections are missing textures and its really pissing me off

A description of your technical issue: Some reflections on the map are missing textures, but not all of them, consistently just PD
Has it happened before?: Its always been like that, except once after I loaded up CSS and then it went right back to being errors

There are two fixes I can think of currently based off of what you describe:

Either turn off specular mapping using console before connecting (mat_specular 0)
Or try reinstalling the game, as this fixes most content related and game related issues if you're adament to keep reflections.

Other people may have better fixes, but these two are the two that jump to my mind when experiencing issues like this.
