refund for premium

I had paid 8 pound for premium and I have not recived nothing I think I entred the wrong name when I made the accound for purchase

@greenlight1995 . The Premium should go to the Steam account you've associated with your forum account. Has Paddle sent you any confirmation email of the purchase going through? Sometimes they review payments before accepting them.
