Guess what! I thought this had been made already, and I got SO confused it had taken so long that I was about to message @parkerx !

Date and time of loss:July 16th, midday, I believe before the lock
What happened: I got VDM'd during a mugging, I was revived and refunded te initial loss, but I raided PD locker and it was empty

I can confirm that he lost the opportunity to raid the PD due to a rulebreak. I let him raid the PD and told him to make a refund request for the exact confiscated items. Confirmed.
