What happened: Bought premium, then bought a fuzzy afro for $25,000. My character had a beanie on and the wrong clothes so I disconnected, when I logged back in I checked for my afro and it was like I didnt purchase it. I could click on it without the money and it would prompt me to purchase it. I pressed yes and it acted like I bought it and equipped it, but it was purely visual because It didnt appear on my character.
What do you need refunded: A fuzzy afro or $25,000, prefer a fuzzy afro cosmetic
