What happened: So basically I was issued a refund request, I went to claim it at the bank, it wasn't working I made a report and was told by Yeffrey to restart my game since it might have been a glitch once I re logged I went to go claim it and it wasn't there it disappeared.
What do you need refunded: Scar, Kevlar and helmet
Evidence: only this picture of me having it in my refund request area. If you check my refund you can see that its not in there anymore.
