refund tv crash

The server crashed and i couldnt save my smart tv ): i know its not exactly worth what other people are asking to be refunded but i loved watching youtube in game and would always throw it up in a house i rented. can i get the tv back or be refunded for it please? -With love from Tommy Gunn
