Remove the dumbass 4 min death timer

The most stupid shit, i get rdmed and i have to wait 4 min and i cant even wait to leave the server, idgaf about the 2 min timer but 4 min is fucking stupid asf.

If you absolutely have to leave the server and you cannot wait the four minutes, please submit a ticket to allow a graceful exit from Roleplay.
