Request Reason: He repeatedly RDM'd me, first in the parking lot in front of the Car Dealership, then twice when I respawned at the hospital, and later when I rejoined the server due to a 4 minute death timer. Afterwards, he came back to the hospital after some other players revived me and decided to cuff me and start dragging me. When a lieutenant told him to stop, he killed the lieutenant with his shotgun and then jailed me for 30 minutes. As a result, I have died a total of 3 times, losing not just money but a revolver, 3 vests, 4 lockpicks, and a holster.
