Invalid^ i was patrolling the area and witnessed him hop out of his white sports car with an ak-47 on his back, i went to stop him, he refused to put his hands up and drew his weapon, there was NO other witnesses in the area, he was alone entirely and i was the only police officer online at the time so back up was not an option.
