Request reason:What happened was around 1:00am USA EST and 1:30am USA EST was They had killed us so i went about my day at farm to go grow my cops. I grab a gun and Start to come back way after they had killed us initially' Then i hear On radio some time later that People were being shot over the radio' I roll up and shoot The man Under the Organization GS9' He dies and its whatever' His friend Known as Papa sugu had survived and drove off' They decide to come back probably around ten minutes after if even that and He proceeds to Then Find a reason to kill us and does so. No threat to his life
When did the situation occur?:1:00am-1:30am? Cant give an exact time as we were involved in multiple reports now.

Him being at the farm and Dead at 1:29am

and let me say for a sidenote. I think we may of spoke about something Involving NLR' or out of character' We were talking about events before that had happened and didnt know we'd be dragged into a roleplay situation seconds later so i apologies.

Yeah I had nothing to do with the situation in the first place, but just like what @thtgeekydude said, he already killed these guys at the farm and they came back breaking NLR.

Never killed sugu just to confirm. He did indeed escape But brought back said Killed one with him

He stayed over the NLR limit by 5 minutes and 8 seconds, however...He may have broke the following rule:

2.1-4.3: You may not kill someone for killing you in your previous life.

With all that being said however, everyone in this video except Maximillian broke character as such everyone will receive one WP for that. (You are ALWAYS meant to be in-character there are two exceptions to this: /LOOC command and Staff sits.)

It is increasingly evident that they came looking purely for a reason to kill and I'll be taking that into account as well.

Conclusion: Maximilian Kugels (Dream.SandMan) (STEAM_0:0:92326790) will receive a 5 day weapon blacklist. - While he did not break NLR by returning to the scene, he did break a rule subset of NLR by killing you for killing him in a past life. (Also RDM, as you were not a threat to his life in anyway here.) It's clear he did this with intent to kill and that's that's the primary factor in this. We are cracking down on this "Kill just to kill" mentality. With that...
