Can confirm that this individual's death was caused by RDM, and had a cop not finished him off, he would have had a chance at raiding PD. Seeing as he succeeded, and I watched him begin this before I had to go, I can confirm I've seen video of his g3 with an eotech and saker. I can also confirm his Kevlar in this video, can't tell if it was head or just chest Kevlar.

Not sure what a FR is so can't confirm that.
