What happened: I bought an identity change for $5,000 dollars and included one of the premium faces. I respawn with beginner clothes so I went to change into mine at Kappels. As soon as I switched my jacket my premium face went away and it went to the default civilian face

What do you need refunded: $5,000
Evidence: I don't really have any other than the fact that my name was Carlo Dellucci and now it's Kentrell Bennett, I wouldn't just make something like this up tho.
