Hello.
Let me share my side.

So, it started when I went into mechanics to get my car repaired. After repairing my car, I see you pulling me over. I didn't know why, so I pulled over. Then for some reason, you begin to try to force me out and I knew I had an illegal firearm on me. You were at the wrong window to put me under fearRP and I fled. You shot my car anyway for some reason, which ruined my chances at escape.

Later on, after the pursuit wasn't going anywhere, I ditched my car. I hid myself under the bridge and pulled out my gun. You tried tazing me, even though I was pointing my gun at you. Despite, yes, my gun not being loaded, you didn't know that. I reloaded my gun as you pointed the gun at me (hint hint, a radar gun isn't a firearm, so that doesn't put me under fearRP).

Since when you pointed your gun at me, I already had my gun out, I wasn't under fearRP and so I could shoot you.

I personally don't believe any rules were broken, yet I could be mistaken. I'll leave this to management to review.

1. He already have his weapon out and both you and the other officer were pointing tasers at him, by the time he equipped his weapon.
2. You did not point your weapon by the driver side window of the vehicle.
