Unban Reason: This time, I am asking to be allowed to have an answer for Brad. As far as I am concerned, you are not allowed to mug inside the casino, this is why I wouldn't pay attention for it. Also, when you have the volume turned down to 0.1 and you're just listening for the bonus sound queue while scrolling and messaging on your cellphone, you surely wouldn't hear anything else. The other note I had on my profile happened just like that. It is currently the crack of the morning in my country and after more than 20 hours not sleeping, I just hang around and spam my keys. You took a bold decision banning me, while you do not have any solid proof to base your punishment on. From your response, it seems that you've handed out the punishment on the verge of "why not". Expecting a high ranked staff member to handle this appeal properly.

In the bank, I moved you and you say that you were listening to the sounds, if you weren't afk you would of noticed. I also said hello to you, however that may of been quiet. I mainly punished you because you were being 'mugged' in the casino, which I dealt with, and you didn't respond whatsoever. Also, the reason I banned you is because you have a prior for doing this so I took that into consideration.

As far as Brad's handling of this situation, he took into account your prior for the same thing. Which a day ban is very lite, in fact, the ideal punishment for the same exact offense you violated.

You took a bold decision banning me, while you do not have any solid proof to base your punishment on.

Why are you wording it like this? A bold decision? I am sure if he was trying to get your attention and you were "mugged" which Brad handled that rule violation on that offending party, and you did not respond at all... And you already had a prior for the same thing, I can see why he handled the situation in the way he did?

This is kind of odd, don't you think? The only thing you can hear is the sound that our machines in the casino produce? You would not hear a gun being pulled out? People saying "put your hands up"? Brad asking for your attention? You're telling me you are absolutely unaware of the ongoing RP situation by looking at your phone? I think it's kind of hard to not assume you are back to what you are doing again, which is why you have the prior.

I am going to deny this appeal, I simply do not seem to understand how you were unaware. It is kind of obvious to us you are "AFK" when you are being shaken around and being spoken to and you're still interacting with the casino machines. This is why Brad denied you, which funny enough, he was considering unbanning you. And why I am denying you as well.
