" Something is creating script errors " when trying to make a group.

Whenever I try to make a group in Gmod DarkRp, I get the notification " something is creating errors " and in console this shows up -

[ERROR] gamemodes/darkrp/gamemode/modules/crews/cl_crews_interface.lua:789: attempt to call method 'SetMaterial' (a nil value)
1. DoClick - gamemodes/darkrp/gamemode/modules/crews/cl_crews_interface.lua:789
2. unknown - lua/vgui/dlabel.lua:234

Because of this, I can't create a group. Anyone know a solution to this issue?

You trying to make a crew?

If you're trying to make an org, make sure that the name isn't too long.

No length in name makes a difference, it still gives the error and doesn't create it.
