Dear Monolith Staff Team,
The MCRC would like to file a staff report regarding one of your Senior Administrators, Arroyo. We have evidence to prove that Arroyo has been trying to silence both the decisions and statements of the MCRC, along with the collaboration of the Monolith Community and the MCRC. We have documented all confrontation with Arroyo and would be happy to share our documentation. Here at the MCRC, we are doing are best to make Monolith a fun place for people to interact with each other, and we believe that to stand by and watch as our opinions, our voices are completely shut down with no reason at all would be a disservice to the community, and frankly, to ourselves. We are heavily dissapointed by the actions and attitude of one of your foremost staff members, and hope that we can fix our relationship with the Monolith Staff Team in the future. The MCRC understands that mending takes time, and that this may be a long process. Best luck in your future endeavors.
