Reason for Report: Fail RP, Not allowing a 2nd admin in a sit hes RP involved in. Frisk let me out of jail by saying "oh im just going to let you go but they can do that". If I did something wrong why would I be let out of jail. I also said to Colonel that I had video evidence of what happened in the situation and he said "I dont care", which is fail rp because a PD chief would wanna see video of misconduct if it occurred. Also instead of a senior admin handling the situation someone of the same rank came to handle it, there was a community manager and 2 senior admins online when it occurred and I feel they should have handled it over someone of the same rank.

NY Explicit language, sorry in advance. Cookie stated that they can in fact search me because I called 911, which is not legal at all.

Ok, and? There is no issue with that. You're not even allowed to ask for another staff member if you decided that you didnt like the way a staff member took your sit. Who handles your sit is not your choice.

As far as searching you, they can search you:

1. There is a man with a gun at large and he's pointing it at people.
2. You were a man with a gun at pd.

If there is an on going investigation they can search you.

I understand the call for a man with a gun at PD, but you hear the capt say "its the man running" and then you hear the detective say "because you made the 911 call I'm going to search you" Not really sure how that works out to me being the suspect. I'm not so mad at you, you were mainly just involved. I'm more upset about how no admin was called to the original report I made besides one that is technically RP involved. Who then said it'll be handled after I drop the gun but I had to make another report because he just left it at that.

The investigation was because of a 911 I created and the capt understood I am the victim because the one detective ran away and I pointed him out. That's no reason to be searched. You can stop and ID someone if they match description but not search for weapons unless you get a positive ID, which they had none, they just did it because I called 911.

Initially I was uninvolved and uninformed of the issue as I was following up on a radio call for assistance in the PD. From what I remember you were arrested for possession of an illegal firearm.

I also said to Colonel that I had video evidence of what happened in the situation and he said "I dont care",

At the time you were constently speaking OOC in VC for me and a present (invisible) staff member to stop RP and I kept telling you that you will be able to handle it after your arrest because I was remaining in character. The rules clearly state that you cannot stall RP to wait for an admin which was exactly what you were doing

To put it simply I’m not sure why I’m being reported for what the detective did, as I handled this the way I was supposed to after being called to assist. Anything else after you being booked would be in a staff sit with you and the arresting officer, not me.

Plus, we handled this ICly with a lawyer and a civil case ending in the demotion of the person who cuffed you in the first place.

After reviewing all the posts in this staff report, it is clear both @friskiemar and @Colonel Cookie did not misuse their powers or broke the server rules in any way, shape or form.
The situation was valid, and was handled in roleplay.

Remember not to stall RP and always stay in character! Otherwise, you are ruining yours and other players' experience on the server.
