I was a detective at this time and this so happens to be at the casino. When a tow driver was pulling out he hit me at least the video will show it. @@friskiemar says the tow driver didn't hit me in logs but the video shows otherwise. I pulled up in front of his car after he hit me requested he gets to get out 3 times now. He stepped on the gas putting me in danger cause I was in front of his car. rule - Law Enforcement may only use deadly force when the situation requires the protection of themselves or others. For example, if a person is threatening your life, you may use your weapon in self-defense. following this rule he was threatening my life with a truck rapidly speeding up. So I used lethal force and fired a bullet to 3 into the window disarming him from the car. I attempted to save him but failed then I go up and @friskiemar told me it was rdm. I never broke the rule he put my life in danger so I took my chance to save my life.

Logs didn't show that he hit you. I don't know what else to say.

The video does not show that. You shot him before he even hit you.

1. Get out of the way.
2. You are not a uniformed officer.
3. You stepped in his way an you didn't even know if he was going to hit you or stop before he hit you.
4. Deadly force was not required because of all 3 of the aforementioned.

This leads me to believe that you didn't even watch your own video:
- He was not rapidly speeding up.
- You made a conscious choice to step in his way.
- He did not damage you.


The fact of the matter is, you preemptively shot his vehicle because you THOUGHT he was going to run you over. There were plenty other ways that you could have played this. To him, you seemed like a civilian with a gun to his face which would have given him plenty valid reason to run you over if he wanted to. But according to the sit, that did not seem like his intention.

Next time if your in a tight alley way and you see two cars trying to get out, step out of the way.

This situation was entirely your fault.

Lastly, what is the purpose of this staff report? All I see is you saying a different account of events. Your account of events =/= a staff report.

- Did I abuse my powers to gain an unfair advantage? No.
- Did I take a sit with my own org mate or base mate? No.
- Did I take a sit with my IRL friend? No.
- Did I play favorites? No, I barely know either of you.
- Was the punishment cruel and unusual? No, it was a 4 day weapons blacklist considering you have several priors.
- Was I disrespectful? No.
- Was the sit handled improperly? No, we were on a roof, I told you what happened, I told you my ruling, and I told you what your punishment would be.


As far as I am concerned, this staff report holds no merit. You simply disagree with my decision that you were blacklisted for 4 days.

@friskiemar the thing is tho in the video it looks as if the tow truck hit me and i dont know how you dont understand that not all damage shows in logs ive had it happen before like if you get the glitch inbetween two cars the logs dont show who did the damage its just straight to death but also i asked him to step out of the car after it looks like he hit me due to me trying to move outta the way of the swat my intentions were to just talk to him about watching wheres he driving so i took place to the front of the vechile and asked him out now him hitting the gas pedal while im in front of his car with a gun requesting he get out as if you said he has every right to hit me so i took lethal force as in goverment rules if your life is in risk or threat you may take lethal action my intentions were not to kill him they wwere to disarm him from a threat to my life his vechile i belive that i was in all my rights and if the blacklist is false its missues of powers by putting down a false punishment

From looking at the video I don't see any misuse of powers by friskie. In my opinion, you should have given the tow truck driver a bit more time to react to your orders, especially since it was difficult for him to leave the tow truck when the police truck was right next to him, preventing him from getting out safely, from my perspective. After that, if the tow truck driver decided to disregard your orders, you would be able to shoot him.
