SwimmingBird said in the reply i arrested the person AFTER the staff sit and showed he didn't even read it properly as i said clearly said in the appeal that i arrested the person involved before a staff sit occurred. Also i find it very weird he himself as the issuer makes the decision towards my appeal and feel like he should totally let another admin deal with it.

If you check our appeal rules, as required when you submit a blacklist appeal, there is a rule that states that only the punishing staff member may accept or decline an appeal. Since you confirmed that you read and understood the blacklist appeal rules, in your blacklist appeal, I do not know why you find this "very weird".

I agree the shooting of the person was wrong however the situation was already handled and regarding the arrest the person i shot in the vehicle was spotted at the bank and was carrying a bag with cash in it so its only natural for me to assume the passenger who also has a bag in his inventory was also robbing the bank. Also after requesting information from other people the reason the blacklist was added was due to me shooting the driver who was not complying under gunpoint this situation was already handled so im not sure why im getting two punishments for the same situation.

Thank you for your report. After reviewing the blacklist and speaking with @SwimmingBird I don't believe there to be any bias towards your appeal.

@HockeyExpert30 was the person to deal with the first incident with the shooting; that sit was concluded with a verbal warning issued. Then there was another report and sit taken by Swimming Bird. You arrested someone for having a bag in their inventory. Bags are not illegal, and without further evidence tying them to a bank raid are not a valid reason to instantly arrest someone - a better way to have dealt with this would be to bring them in for questioning for association, but the bag alone in their inventory is not evidence. Based on this and the verbal warning from earlier Swimming Bird decided to issue a blacklist. It doesn't matter if the arrest occurred before or after the original sit, the point is that there were other issues not discussed yet.

Swimming Bird performed his duties and responded to a blacklist appeal as he should have, staff report denied.
