A description of your technical issue: Vancouver: i came home this week after 21 days deployed hoping to play some monolith before i got back for another 21 days, turns out i don't have anything because all my items are in the premium storage slots but i can't buy premium ATM cause i am leaving again, all my factory items, money, guns, food / dirnks are there can i please get help ?

This isn't really a technical issue eden. The fact is if you want your items back you need to get premium again.

Aspect has basically summed it up. It's not hidden information that your premium slots disappear after your premium has ended.
If the staff made an exception for you, they'd have to for everyone.
Buy premium or take your losses.
