Stuck on "downloading maps/..."

Whenever I attempt to join the server, I get stuck on the loading screen when it is "downloading maps/graphs/rp_rockford.

Are you subscribed to the map on the steam workshop? If so try doing that. Also wouldn’t hurt to verify your game cache (Right click on game > properties > local files > verify integrity)
