Validate your garry's mod files, unsubscribe from un-needed workshop add-ons (like servers you don't play on anymore.)
IF you ONLY play on Monolith then you can unsubscribe from all workshop addons, delete all addons from the garrysmod>addons folder, subscribe to the content pack:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=932041100 - then rejoin the server (allowing all custom files)
