TLR; Unable to communicate properly during administrate sit, Poor coordination, Semi-false ban reason, etc.

Reason for Report: Let me start off the story. I joined the server and went to go raid White Country Lot where @ItsTinyRick was basing at, he opened the garage and drove away in a spawned in Ferrari. Someone from the raiding party made a report reguarding the spawned in vehicle which he used to get away in. @ELIASS claimed the ticket and the following people we're involved in the sit. @Johnny Jones, Zack Wong, Josh Cusack, and me, one of the involved people voiced their concerns towards the moderator @ELIASS about how the spawned in vehicle gave us an disadvantage as for the car was most certainly faster than the cars we own. After the sit is over I took out my fishing rod and said "hands up this is a mugging" jokingly to @ItsTinyRick which he kicked me for the reason: "Quit trying to be funny" I voiced my self in the #general chat in the monolith discord which in return he threatened to mute me. I re-joined the server and waited what I though was an hour to let the raid cool down end. Not shortly after that me and now @Sam Wong went off to raid Richard 10, after sucessfuly raiding Richards 10. We drove the relator, I walked into the building to rent Club Catalyst, I did not have enough money to purchase it so I had Josh drive me over to the RTA building to use the ATM, he drove me back and I bought the building. While leaving we noticed Kyle Peters standing on top of his plots at the Tavern, we attempt mug to him, he does not respond or comply with our demands so we kill him after about 2 minutes and carry on our way to go to Club Catalyst. Shortly after that we we're each teleported onto the top of Rockford customs by @ItsTinyRick shortly after that @Stuvi no clipped on to the roof without saying a word the entire time. They waited until @Johnny Jones could load back in due to him crashing. Not even a minute later we were each banned without even being told why we're being brought into a sit and being banned. I tried asking @ItsTinyRick multiple times why we had been teleported but he did not respond. After making our ban appeals we were denied the right to respond to them because apparently @Stuvi locked them. To sum it all up Stuvi banned us without letting us know what was going on and to explain our selves for what we did not know we did wrong at the time.

Let me just add right here that the car was spawned way before you guys raided my home, this was proven by the logs.
I know it was not okay, I just liked to show it around since only about 16 people were online at that time. Once you raided me I had no escape other than that ferrari.

My Audi R8 is way faster than the Ferrari that I spawned. Next to that, we did a drag race to prove that the Ferrari wasn't that fast with a car of one of you guys. Stop making up lies and bringing back situations that were already solved.

I told you multiple times that the sit was long over and you guys kept killing eachother. I could've chosen to warn/ban some of you for failRPing, RDMing and VDMing, but I tried to give you some slack by just kicking you after you didn't listen multiple times.
General chat is not to argue with staff, if you have a problem you take it to the forums. After the kick it seemed you we're going to continue fooling around in discord, I put a stop to that.

I think it's oddly pathetic that you report @Stuvi and me instead of looking at yourself and see what you did wrong. All these false and presolved accusations won't help you in any way.

Like I said I did not know at the time why we were there!

It is not oddly pathetic of me to report both of you, instead I reported both of you for not discussing why we were getting banned, and not letting us explain. I am waiting for @Gurrazor to respond before I respond any further.

Then you should have stepped in as a community manager and told TinyRick to wait before tossing out bans like they are candy. You guys clearly discussed at the end of the video in admin chat about something, which proves you indeed were communicating with him at the time. I do not enjoy silent sits that result in a ban.

At the time of the sit Sam Wong was the only member of The Wong Family. Yes we do have the knowledge of the rules, but we have every right to know which rule we violated before receiving a punishment. We did not understand how mugging someone at the tavern would be a raid, we didn't even lock pick or go past the doors. Sorry for getting off topic, it is your job to convey to the staff team that you wanted to have a supposed word with the offending players.

You said you had to discuss whether us mugging Kyle Peters counted as a raid. If you had to discuss it then how the hell are we supposed to know it is a raid if you are mugging someone. This is something you could have easily discussed with us before the ban, if we had of known this, then we wouldn't have done it, even though it is not specified clearly anywhere.

I said quote "me" on that, not TinyRick. The decision that we count it as a raid has been done before you were brought the rooftop.

I am just pointing out you could have told us and made it clear in the sit instead of making us all join back just so you could ban us. It is not made clear anywhere that mugging counts as a raid. You should have discussed it with us in the sit, if you can call it an actual sit, instead of causing lots of confusion. The server isn't as professional as it used to be, it seemed more like a joke when you brought us just to ban us, maybe you could use it as a tip to make the server seem more professional, especially when the player base count is dropping.

Look the whole thing regarding Kyle Peters makes absolutely no sense, a raid is when you invade someone's property, like lock picking the damn doors. We never lock picked, and it you consider that a raid I have many reports to make because I sure have been mugged plenty of times there.

Now referring back to this, you had plenty of time to discuss it with all the supposed "rule breakers" , because I guarantee you were talking with him in admin chat leading up to the ban. I have never been in a situation where a staff member never speaks to me during an entire sit, that is most certainly unprofessional, hell me and 2 other people attempted to communicate with the both of you and no response from you all what so ever.
