Upon further review, it seems as though the player does not know about the ziptie glitch. He says that he is not ziptied when you mentioned it to him. Also, you killed him, so the situation was handled in character pretty swiftly. I will let the player know that there is a glitch and abusing that glitch will result in severe bans.

Also, I would like to mention that it is FailRP to go into your bank account to get items during a bank raid. I will overlook it this time but next time you may receive warning points or a ban. After all, what is the point of making something drop on death if you can just keep it in your bank during a raid.
