Hey everyone,

While we love to assist players with technical issues, we'd like to deter players from posting high-maintenance threads with too little information to assist them. We're going to start recommending a sort-of "format" to act as a catalyst in fixing your technical problems, whether it be related to the server, or not. This format is not “required” as we are only here to help. If you have any technical issues, please don't hesitate to create a thread with a descriptive problem/description of your problem.

FORMAT

Extraneous details/description:
Have you checked “solved” for your issue?:

RULES

  1. You must adhere to all the regular forum rules, that includes flaming or demeaning others technical unmindfulness.
  2. Your title should include only the most necessary information, no explanations or additional taglines.
  3. Be sure to look through the solved forum to see if your problem has been solved before, and check to see if that previous solution works for you.
  4. You may create your own format with pictures, videos, etc as long as you include the format above with the questions/requirements filled in.
  5. Make sure to check the discord announcements for explanations to your problems.
  6. Do not tag staff members or other players for assistance.
  7. Try to provide a video/visual of the problem/issue.
  8. Failure to respond or acknowledge an initial response within a reasonable timeframe will result in the thread being archived to prevent an abundance of open threads.
  9. Be sure to look at gigantic announcements taking up half of the forum stating the server is offline for maintenance or technical issues. This includes the discord aswell.
  10. Technical Support is used until the problem is solved. If you don’t let us know the problem has been solved within 4-5 days we will just assume you’ve solved it to prevent overflow of technical support threads.
