Texture Missing

I have subscribed to all the content on the list, i have un-subscribed and subscribed again, i have closed down steam and reloaded the server again but im still having issues with 2 items. First the map on the tablet, i dont see roads just the icons, the rest is pink and black squares. and the sheriff 2006 tahoe is also pink and black squares. when i join the server it says all addons were found. I only have problems with these 2 items, everything else is fine. Any ideas on how to fix.
