About us
This organization has been founded on 10/24/2021, we run in either the Law Enforcement or Criminal Side (mostly this). Throughout the family, we don't really care about who's better or not, at the end of the day we are all humans having fun on a beautiful game "Garry's Mod". This organization welcomes new players for somewhere to start and if you're looking for an organization... then we'll welcome you with open arms! We don't expect you to join with very high standards, everyone can join! (DISCONTINUED AS OF NOW)
About us
In the Winters Family, we don't like playing competitive, we just want to have fun and have a fun time! We will do robberies, raids, growing weed/lsd/or cocaine. However, If you mess up then don't trip! It is a game after all ^_^
Requirements:
- At least player level 25
- Must be aware of the rules
- Able to help out new players!
- Able to work as a team and not disrespect anyone in the Organization unless you're joking around then that's fine. (Bring it up to Enforer+ if you have an issue with someone)
- Must be active and show dedication to be within this Organization
- Toxicity is allowed but let's not have it reach obnoxious levels...
Ranks and their meanings:
HIGH COMMAND
Frost Spirit
The founder of the organization.
Ice Commanders
They oversee the organization if the Frost Spirit is busy or needs a helping hand, they can:
Recruit other people within the game, Issue promotions/demotions, and can issue disciplinary actions on lower-ranking individuals.
Frozen Enforcers
Their main responsibilities are supervising Recruits up to Militia ensuring that they are not breaking organization rules (Not yet written), being able to kick members within the organization,allowed to recommend people that can be beneficial to our organization to Commander+, and being able to issue disciplinary actions on lower-ranking individuals.
Frost Militia
They are the most experienced and skilled individuals within the organizations, they can supervise Recruits and contact Enforcer+ on their performance.
LOWER RANKS
Frost Warriors
They are the highest lower rank you can have before moving onto the big boy ranks, this is obtainable if you showed great dedication and effort within the organization.
Frost Guardians
This rank is achieved once completing the recruitment process, once promoted you're expected to follow our rules. Until then, have fun!
Frost Recruits
The lowest rank you can have when getting accepted into the forums. You will be accepted into the organization as a recruit, you will be placed on a 5-7 day probationary phase, if you break any organization's rules then you will immediately be removed depending on the severity. Since we don't have a discord for now, you will know when you start, when you end, and if you pass the probationary phase via Discord DMS.
Dress Code
This has not been implemented yet, but in the future, you will all be required to wear anything that's winter-related clothing (such as scarfs, beanies, or any clothing that's deemed for cold seasons) If you don't have any money to afford anything like it, then don't worry. We don't expect you to get it within a snap of a finger, take your time.
