I mean the video really speaks for itself in this case, however. He is fail roleplaying, and he is breaking character. It amazes me how this guy is staff. He was told 3 times to remove the barriers and refused each time and called us lame and started saying other mods did it so he can. Abusing his physgun as well to freeze props in the air like idek what's going on anymore. He actively was aiding and defending these acts. Not to mention he was completely disobeying the commands from the Ass.Chief at the time. He was aiding @Osirical in doing all this.

I mean as far as it goes, I did break RP by building the ramp but at first you told me to go up on l2 and build the ramp, then proceeded to tell us you changed your mind. For the most part I do not have any defense but I can say I did take the ramp down even though I did argue. I never said other mods did it so I can I said "Other admins build things so I wanted to". Quite honestly though these don't really explain why I broke roleplay. At the time there was very few people on so I literally didn't even affect anyone with the ramp, I was simply trying to have fun. Also you can see in the first clip I wasn't personally building that ramp, but I did help on the second one. I broke character about being mod because you kept bringing it up. For my final statement here, I wasn't really freezing any props "besides the ramp". I simply had a long stressful day and wanted to have fun, as I said this didn't harm anyone and you could've just simply demoted me and it would've been the end of it.

We did not tell you to build it there, we said go off somewhere layer 2 in the woods. You proceeded to do it in the middle of the ramp. I don't get it. I fail to understand how doing this while roleplaying with police props is your version of an event. If you want to do that, it should have been when you were staff on duty. I know for a fact you did not get permission from higher staff to do that, because frankly using police props and ramping yourself in police cars while on duty is almost as bad as AFK farming your paycheck on cop. I wish I saw cops IRL using street barriers as a ramp, I'm sure none of them would be fired.

you actually just said go somewhere in l2. Didn’t specify in the woods or anything and once again, I didn’t say it was an event I just said I wanted to build something. And before I was rping as a cop but I stopped because there was nothing at all going on. Also right after I did start rping. We picked up all the props and left even though we were saying the stuff we literally were picking them up as we were arguing. As I said I just wanted to give the few people that were on something fun to do.

Also may I add, the only thing that you should've really reported me for is the ramp. The things about not listening could've been handled IC. You could've just fired me from the get go if you were that mad about it.

I don't think you understand. For one, you're a moderator. You're already held at a higher standard than the rest of the players. Why then would you both participate in and encourage a massive rulebreak. Want to know why the server is dead? Because this stuff happens way more often then it should, and actual role players join the server, see it, and leave right away. If you want to do shit like this, do it in sandbox dude. Garrys mod has different game modes for a reason, and if you want to fuck around and ramp cars that's fine, but do it where it's intended to be done(again, sandbox).

For two, as a moderator, you should've been the one intervening. I should not have to leave my duties as ass chief for 10+ minutes so I can stop a couple of kids minging with police props in the middle of the road. As a mod, you should see the rule breaks taking place, and stop them. You don't even have to go on duty for that, just tell them to stop and if they don't you flash your "moderator badge". It shouldn't be handled in character because it isn't an in character situation which is why I wasn't in character at all in the situation. My commands were from an ooc player wondering why the fuck a mod is on cop showing the whole server they can do whatever they want.

The server isn't dying, it was 3 am. The rule break wasn't massive, it affected literally no one besides you. Not a single person passed us while building or using the ramp. No one was in danger and yeah, your cops were also just randomly shooting at people and arresting them but you didn't think to yell at them at all.

Thank you for your report, I would like to start by addressing the tone of the replies in this report, keep it respectful at all times. I understand emotions were high, however, ultimately, this is a serious format and we request players treat it as such. That means keeping arguments and confrontational language off this thread, however, I will not let that detract from the overall content of his report.

After reviewing the footage and evidence presented, it has been decided that Greennate067 did not pass his Trial period and will be subsequently removed from the Staff team. We only allow Moderators+ to build during sanctioned events, or RP enhancements, with prior permission from the appropriate ranking Staff member. Any break of character or roleplay will be met with appropriate punishment, staff or not, and in this scenario he was in-fact violating the following:

1. You must support your props accordingly and not go against the law of physics.
2. FailRP - Actions performed by your character that are not realistic and do not correlate with the setting of the server and your roleplay role.
   • You must abide by realistic roleplay measures. If something you are doing is illogical in a real life situation, then you can’t do it on the server.
3. You must act realistically at all times. You may not run around not roleplaying at all. This includes, but is not limited to, running around on the main roads, jumping on and hitting vehicles. Do note that you will be playing a character.
4. Do not break character, stay in character at all times unless you are in an administrative situation.

Furthermore, all individuals in this video will be investigated and punished accordingly.
