Unable to see Casino Roulette table.

I’ve downloaded the provided content pack. Not entirely sure what to do. The table itself is an error, but I’m able to stand ontop of the error sign, and see the chips, but unfortunately not able to properly use it.

I tried removing all my addons and adding them back. No luck, is there a certain content pack for the casino that’s excluded from the monolith content pack?
