Ban Reason: RDM ,NITRP, and Mugging In public
Unban Reason: For me the situation was more of a misunderstanding due to a past event when the same thing had happened to me and a group of friends and they got away with it later I found out that PMX had explained to the others in my group that they had KOS on us due to another reason which was not told to me so I was in the dark about the situation thinking that they were just mugging us right after we left. But anyway I feel like a three day long ban was kinda harsh i'm not asking for you just to unban me on the spot I am just requesting for you to at least take 1 day off of my ban

Time of Occurrence: Wednesday around 11pm
Additional members involved/witnessing:Some fellow gang members but I don't know their steam names

Regarding your Ban Appeal,
During The Rp Situation you and your gang waited till they Killed the cop's then you came behind one and said put your hands up 2 and you said that with in 3-5 sec in witch it is not long enough for the player to respond to your command. When you guys confronted them you guys were also In the middle of the street near the tools and fisher stores.

The Rules That were Broken,
[4.1.1] Mugging
5. You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, Hospital, Fire Department, City Hall, and the Bank.

[4.2] Criminal Raiding Rules
11.Counter raids can only be performed on player owned buildings. You may not counter raid a government building or a player owned building which is currently being raided by police at the time. Law Enforcement is exempt from this entire rule. ( They Came From a Bank raid In Witch they were still in a rp situation with the police Because they were still in the active shoot out with the police)
