A description of your technical issue: Hello, I have these two slots(right of lsd) in my bank inventory that seem to be bugged. usually when you hover over an item with your mouse it will show you the name but with these items it does not. when I try to remove the items from my bank I get the message "Withdraw failed. Invalid withdraw slip. Error BANK_02". If someone could somehow remove these items from my bank inventory I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

Have you checked “solved” for your issue?: I have tried asking in game staff and they said they could not remove the items and to go ahead and post a thread in this section.
