Why should the point(s) be removed: I want it get removed cuz i only mugged, even if he had no stuff, i didn't wanted that he see police cuz he got robbed by me. So i killed him.

I do not understand the case you are trying to make to get the warning point removed?

I was going to mug some guys, then i found one, i pulled my gun, i told him to put all his stuff in the groud but he said that he has nothing, even if he says that he has nothing, i give him 5 sec and then i killed him. (if i let him alive, i could get f*cked by police)
