Why should the point(s) be removed: I was told to drop the machete. While I was in the middle of dropping it I was killed. Apparently that was breaking Fear RP though.

I'm gonna best honest I don't think this situation should have resulted in 2 warning points. He might have broken fear rp, but he was revived and I even requested he be able to continue RP and @Arroyo still issued the warning points after reviving him despite him being forgiven by me and the other officers. He contributed to RP very well after being revived. The officers who shot him also didn't really give him enough time to react to be fair.

Hello there, so last night you were in a situation with apparently 2 officers. The officers reported you for breaking fearrp, I asked you if you admit to it and you continued to say just punish me and that you didn't care. Since you also have got a warning point before for breaking fearrp I gave you 2 warning points since you didn't care. You told me that you ran from the officers.

To be honest I did run from them, but then i realized i didn't want to break fearrp. So I stopped running, and tried to drop the machete. The machete was on my back, so me getting shot in my head while in my inventory wasn't right. Hints why I was upset during the sit. Does not excuse how I acted during the sit although, and I do apologize for that. @Arroyo

I was the officer who shot you in the head. we uncuffed you and you decided to run with 2-3 guns at you I than followed and at the time I was the only officer in that room your could've pulled out the machete and stabbed me than proceeded with the other officers so I avoided that buy shooting you in the head. Personally I think 1 warning point was enough. But it does seem like you care since you're making a appeal

But the thing is I was crouched in the corner in my inventory, when the machete was on my back. But I understand where you're coming from.

Ive talked with @Arroyo his specific case and it seems like you quickly admitted to the fault and asked Arroyo to punish you and get it over with. With that being said there no evidence provided to show the rule break didn't happened so this appeal will be denied.
