Blacklist Reason: rdm on security
Unblacklist Reason: i was no ballsed by my "friend" hazer and i did it. A MONTH and 2 days for rdming 2 people because "my record" bruh what im sick and tired of being judged on my old as shit record i legit had not had a warning point or punishment in months before that. im sorry for rdming the person tho i shouldnt have gave into peer pressure

Usually the three factors I use that go into determining someone's punishment are: Context, Intention, and History. In question form it's 'Why did you do it?, Did you mean to do it (Y/N)?, and Have you done it before?' Depending on how long the punishment is I usually add a fourth for determining appeals and unbans which is Value. Did you learn anything/grow to avoid the issue happening again?.

You've already provided the answers for two of them:

What's left you can't see some of and that's history. I can say your punishment wasn't based off anything from your "old" record and was more based on the previous tenants and on the small amount of recent history in your record (Yes you have some). Given the above context and having any recent history at all with RDM, along with the situation being a blatant and intentional disregard for the rules in which the length of the punishment appears to bothers you more than the punishment itself. Gives the impression that you knew what you did was wrong and should/would be punished, yet you still did it because you thought the punishment wouldn't be that bad and breaking the rules would be considered 'worth it'.

I wish I could say that I feel the value portion was filled and that you've learned your lesson but using the inferences I pulled from my above statement, your appeal is more focused around you feeling wronged about the length rather than an apology for breaking said rules or an affirmation it wouldn't happen again. Only the smallest bit of acceptance with minimal effort put into it "im sorry for rdming the person tho i shouldnt have gave into peer pressure".

With the above being said. I'm still willing to reduce the blacklist from a month, down to 2 weeks. The month punishment was handed out based on suggestions from other staff whom I asked at the time. Given more thought, I personally believe with how short your recent record is a 2 week blacklist, given the blatant and intentional rule break, is more appropriate.
