External Addons Causing UI Problem

So I have recently been getting back into monolith, and I have noticed something with the gui its very buggy. Im not sure what it is, A problem with my gpu, garrys mod folders or anything really. I did have a accident where my monitor fell on top of my computer but the gui glitch was happening before that.. Here is a screenshot of the glitch
And this has never ever happened before not to sure what it is.
So if I can get some information on what's happening that would be great. Thanks

I've had the same thing happen sorta. Its like the icon is a previous interaction in game

Seems like a glitch or a texture missing. Verify the integrity of your game cache and make sure you have CS;S mounted

Ok thanks man I had a feeling it would be that
my gravity gun on servers is broken like the transparency was broke and m9k weapon effects were the same

Edit - Well i figured out that the portal textures i downloaded had broken my game files.
