Weird glitch with 12 days of Christmas (pls help if you can!)

The picture says it all, we aren't even 5 days in and apparently I have opened nearly all of my 12 days of Christmas gifts. Please help.

when I try claim mine it doesnt actually work and I get nothing then it tells me I have missed it
