Ban Reason: "tasteless joke -appeal" (playing the song "pumped up kicks" during a school shooting)
Unban Reason:
I saw the school open and I was happy as I finally had something to do on the server. Figured might as well teach, but my math skills are wack and they didn't let me teach sex ed so I just became a student. As I was sitting at a desk, depressed and out of a job, some individuals came in and started shooting up the school and taking hostages. I decided to play the song "pumped up kicks" ironically. Bad decision on my part, especially in today's world with all of the shootings; I should've known some people may be sensitive to this type of stuff. I'm sorry for playing the song and potentially offending some of those involved, and I will take a mental notice not to do this again. I hope you, as in the staff team, will unban me and give me another opportunity to play on this amazing server you call Monolith.

Time of Occurrence: probably sometime around 3 EST today

Your appeal looks more like a shot to people who you think are "sensitive to this". You did something tasteless. If you think it's okay to joke about it or that people were too sensitive/offended easily, then you don't deserve an unban.

No, not a very smart move on my part. I thought it was funny at the time, but looking back on it I agree it's a pretty tasteless joke. I understand it's not okay to joke about topics like this, and it won't happen again my bad. As saying, "people were too sensitive/offended easily" that is not what I was trying to say. I was trying to say that in general, no matter who it is, it's a topic that shouldn't be brought up and joked about.
