Why should the point(s) be removed: Why am I receiving the warning points now three months after I should have gotten them which led to a extremely random warning point ban? Im assuming Arroyo was checking my profile digging and found the notes from back in December and decided to enact them now. Isnt it too long from the original date to be giving me two warning points now? This was given back in December which is puzzling.

The 2 warning points was issued on Dec. 13th, there was a Player Report about you and one other for unauthorized corruption, warning points cannot be given offline, and since you haven't been active the punishment has just been pending to be given until you come back online.

Truth be told my memory on the situation is a bit hazy considering it happened three months ago and all the streamables are deleted for some reason. However, regarding the class three clip I would see how that would fall under unauthorized corruption, however, the reason I had the class 3 was because there was a large amount of rdming going on and I do not believe a staff member was on at the time, I had a target on my back as I was mayor at the time and everyone was being mingy. Regardless I know I should have not taken it into my own hands and I believe this is my first time ever getting in trouble for having class 3's as a mayor. If you allow I will make sure this does not occur again.

Punishments do not have an expiration date of when you can receive them? Just because it's been 3 months does not mean they just "expire"...

If you run a red light 5 months ago, and the state sends you a ticket in the mail for running a red light caught on red-light cameras, you are going to have a difficult time explaining to the judge "Well it was 5 months ago so?"

You still broke the rules, if you want to submit an appeal by all means you can do so, but you must provide sufficient evidence to do so.
