Which Staff issued the Warning Point: tru

Reason for the warning point(s): rdm
Why should the point(s) be removed: I was expected to follow a rule that isn't written. The evidence that was also provided to the staff should've been invalid due to no audio being shown from the defending side. That was the first time i've been in that situation so there's no way I should've known that it was a rule break due to it not being in the rules. Tru accepting invalid evidence was a mistake that he gets to learn on and the situation should be a mistake that I can learn on in the future aswell instead of being a warning point closer to me being banned.

Time of Occurrence: 5 pm est
Additional members involved/witnessing:
Read, understood and followed warning point appeal rules?: yes

This would have still happened either way the video just cleared things up. You told me exactly what happened and the video confirmed it I didn't need to hear the microphone input as that had nothing to do with the kill therefore me not using this evidence wouldn't have changed the outcome of the sit, If the microphone input would have been needed then I wouldn't have accepted the video but in this case, it was not.

  1. Any evidence that has your audio-input (your microphone) muted and not recorded will automatically be invalidated and not be used for a final verdict. All audio sources need to be recorded to use a video as valid evidence.
You just admitted to using the video for your final verdict. " I didn't need to hear the microphone input as that had nothing to do with the kill therefore me not using this evidence wouldn't have changed the outcome of the sit, If the microphone input would have been needed then I wouldn't have accepted the video but in this case, it was not. " The rule states that no matter what, All audio sources need to be recorded to use a video as valid evidence. And in your defense, you just stated that you used invalid evidence for your verdict to warn me. Melody already explained how BOTH of us were in the wrong and your still trying to defend yourself?

Hello,

Due to the evidence provided being invalid, I am going to leave this situation as a verbal warning for you for the future, and remove your warning point. Accepted.
