Hey, I have recalled in the past, unless i am going nuts, that there was a rule stating that all United State Federal Laws apply on Monolith RP, is this rule still around?

Thats okay, but i really do not understand what i did that was so bad, i need someone to explain to me what i did wrong. I have explained why i did the things i did, with those explanations included, i need better understand on what i did wrong, and on what i need to change.
