My names AJACE, and I'm currently a staff members of (Monolith)
About me: Throughout My life, I've enjoyed helping and improving others. My main mission as a staff member is to improve the server quality, and player base. Without the players, there is no server.
Staffing Method: If I'm asked on a scale from 1 being strict and 10 being lenient. I'm a 8, the Quite high. When I conduct a sit, I will take opinions/perspectives from both sides. Even if a punishment is to ensue no matter what comes further, I care about the opinions and Ideas of others. In all but the very few of scenarios, I will rather make both party's opinions accepted and come to some type of agreement or conclusion that both sides can understand. No point in my line of duty should both party's not understand the punishment, or a misunderstand what's happening. My biggest fear is having two people not understand the given punishment and unhappy about the scenario, as long as both Party's can understand, forgive and retry. I'm assured a better RP ecosystem within (Monolith)
Police Supervisor: I joined (Monolith) in 2021 and had no clue what I wanted to do, after some time I realized that the police department was a such bigger role than it's portrayed. I've dedicated lot's of time into this department and I will continue to. I'm currently employed as a supervisor with the goal of becoming Police Command to better improve our department. I take the department quite seriously, conducting many trainings per-month, Depending from Swat trainings to Police Trainings and in-between. RP Enhancement: As an Administrator I take pride in giving type of RP enhancements to the Monolith Server, including J.A.R.V.I.S The mayors personal AI, like (Tony Starks) AI From Iron-Man. And other RP enhancements depending. Feel free to ask me questions anytime you need!
