As Trepaak is saying here it showed in the logs that he dropped (equipped) these items, and no logs showing him picking them up, and they were not around. No-one had picked up these items, and Trepaak got told to make a refund request by me.

Will try to get back on Monolith as soon as I have gotten my headset repaired. Stupid thing keeps making those damn static noises! :'(
