Ban Reason: Miss using OOC and Minge
Unban Reason: To give context of the very beginning, there was a fight that broke out with the Gambino family, we ended up winning the situation and they reported us but the sit got dropped. I said in OOC "Another victory" and it was not OOC disrespect or anything like that at all. We were not given any sort warn of anything before hand. A few minutes later one of our guys says "Friskiemar if you're listening show us a sign" friskie said "sign" in Out Of character chat. We were making jokes about it through radio and we get teleported to a sit with no context what so ever and shiba with friskie just start giving us bans. I don't see how Miss using OOC is even a ban. Through the day you see people miss using OOC all the time. About the minging I don't see how I was minging when I wasn't really talking or doing anything. I have video of my POV and will show it upon request
