1. FearRP only applies for vehicles if the driver is placed at gunpoint by the driver-side window. Any other instance does not constitute FearRP for the driver, and the driver and the vehicles passengers may flee. This rule states that they may flee if not underfear rp meaning if the driver was put under fear rp the passengers would have to listen as well , The video providing blatantly shows him disobeying orders with 2 vectors pointed and the driver side window. For the attempting to exploit he sits in the middle seat you cannot shoot through the windshield making it almost viably impossible to shoot through the side window , Lucky i was able to.

I dident check to see if it was locked ? I was also not a cop so the time of holding e getting in a car alt 2 or 3 then , Just the time with them have been calling the cops would have been to long becuase we raided the premious right after the time would have been to long to check

So Lets see we screamed get the fuck out 15 times both of us , Then You ram kman trying to flee And what you say "You were gonna shoot me anyway" if you were a surrendered party and knew the rules we could not kill you. We wanted you to get out as we knew you were with them so we mugged you .

Hello, and thank you for the player report.

This is accepted and the user in question will receive a warning point for Fear Roleplay. You should have gotten out whenever they pointed two guns at you, I understand you were in the report menu, but even after that you had time to get out but didn't. There is not real evidence of "exploiting" in these videos therefore no punishment will be given for that.

In regards to them shooting your vehicle, they pulled guns on you and you attempt to drive away so they are obviously going to shoot you. The voice that you are talking about sounds like a video playing or someone in the background, not talking about the game. Therefore, the reporting party will not be receiving any punishment.
