Major Update 2.7

Hello everyone,
As many of you know by now, @Sushi has taken over the responsibilities of Monolith that were previously held by PMX and Gurra. With the update (2.7), this is the first significant change made under the management of Sushi and we are excited to share it with you all. We continue to have full confidence in our management team and are committed to constantly improving the game mode for our players. We also would like to thank you, the player, for trusting us during this change of leadership.
Additionally, I would like to thank all the members of our development and QA team for their devotion to the constant improvement of Monolith. Without them, we would not be where we are today.
Economy Rebalancing
It's obvious that the economy has gotten out of hand, whether you are stashing guns or buying vehicles, it feels like you always have a surplus of funds. In an attempt to fix this, we have made some major changes.- Major Vehicle Price Rebalance
- Gun Durability Changes
- Removed Repair Bench
- Added Scrap
- Changed Most Weapon Crafting Recipes
- Added Bitcoin
- Lower Inflation by reducing money made with drugs (weed, coke, and meth) and cooking lobster/bass
PD Overhaul
The Police Department has been neglected for quite some time. We feel that now is the perfect time to make some significant changes to the overall function of the Department. We hope that these changes will allow the members of the Police Department to have a fighting chance against criminals, and finally instill some balance to the server.- No longer tie the PD budget with the mayor
- Increase cop pay for the whitelisted roles

- Removed Dodge Charger from Premium
- Reverted ANPR to old settings
- Moved PD respawn to Police Station

- Added Adrenaline to PD Locker at reduced cost
- Automatically Equip Panic Button
- Lowered Level Requirements for PD
