I witnessed him letting someone go who just robbed and killed me at the PD. I told him to arrest him for 30 years considering the charges. He fakes arrests him then when we turn around he lets him go and tries to drive away. I made a report in game, heater said to take it to the forums since he logged off and couldn't attend the sit. Heater can confirm any logs needed.
